South Fork Fire Rescue has posted the following information on their Facebook page:
“Rio Grande and Mineral Counties are asking residents and property owners impacted by the recent flooding to report damage through Crisis Track.
If your home, business, or property sustained damage during the flooding, please use the link below to submit a damage report.
These reports help emergency management officials document the extent of the damage throughout both counties and identify impacted areas.
Your report helps officials assess the impact of flooding and identify potential resources for recovery.
Even if you have already reported damage to another agency, residents are encouraged to complete the Crisis Track report to help ensure damage is documented.
Please do not submit multiple Crisis Track reports. If you have changes or additional information to report, please update your existing report rather than submitting a new one.

Thank you for helping Rio Grande and Mineral Counties document the impacts of this flooding as we continue moving into recovery. “
