Alamosa, CO – On March 21, 2022, at approximately 5:50 p.m. members of the Alamosa Police Department received information on Israel “Izzy” Raya Gonzalez whereabouts. Officers responded to the area of 2nd Street and Bell Avenue and placed Israel “Izzy” Raya Gonzalez in custody without incident. Israel was transported and booked into Alamosa County Jail on First Degree Kidnapping, Criminal Attempt of First Degree Homicide, First Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of Weapon by a Previous Offender (POWPO), and Menacing (Felony). These charges carry a no bond hold.
