On 2/10/22 at approximately 1247 hours, The Blanca Police Department responded to the Town Park regarding a female who was found deceased in her vehicle. A thorough investigation with the assistance from the Costilla County Sheriff’s Office, and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation was conducted. This is still an on going investigation.
