When you purchase an ad in the football magazine, you must submit and ad/artwork by EOB 8/2/24. If you have paid for a graphic artist to create your ad, you must answer emails and approve your ad by 8/5/24. After this date, the layout of the magazine will be finalized and artwork can no longer be added. If you have not submitted your ad/artwork or responded to our graphic artist by the deadline, you forfeit your spot in the magazine and the money you paid. We will not refund your money if you fail to supply artwork.

Ads/Artwork cannot have obscene language or images and are subject to review by management. If your ad/artwork was submitted ahead of the deadline and deemed inappropriate, you will be contacted and have the ability to change your ad/artwork and resubmit prior to the deadline.
